Precise Potency
If doses are not precise, there’s little point in attempting a healing experience. Exploration into the unknown with variable dosing can be fun, but having consistent experiences is critical for supported healing and well-being.
Historically, magic mushrooms have been measured by dry weight. The problem with this is that potency is highly variable, dependent on a number of factors (nutrients, strain, environment, etc.). 3.5g (1/8th), is the most common dry weight serving size. Based on test results from mushroom cultivation competitions, 3.5g may contain anywhere from 17 to 105mg of psilocybin. As you can imagine, those are incredibly different experiences.
